Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I ordered the Pointer Instrument Classic a few weeks ago. The mouse itself feels really premium, the leather is soft, and it works perfectly with my Mac. Shipping took 12 days to get to me in California, which felt a little long, but it was packaged well. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This is my third purchase from Lunar Artefacts; I bought the precision screwdriver set this time. As with my previous orders (a desk mat and a wireless charging pad), the quality is high, and the packaging is always well-done. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the tools feel sturdy. Shipping times have been consistent, usually around 10-14 days to New York. I keep coming back because their stuff is reliable and looks great on my desk. Just wish they'd offer a loyalty discount or something for repeat buyers, but still, I'm pleased.

Nice mouse, delivery could improve

I bought the Pointer Instrument Signature. The mouse itself is really well-made, feels solid and the ergonomics are good for my hand. It was easy to set up. However, delivery took nearly two weeks, which felt a bit long, especially since I paid for international shipping. Everything else, from packaging to product quality, was great, but the wait for delivery was a minor frustration.

Good value on sale

I picked up a luxury desk mat during their seasonal promotion. The discount made it feel like a very good deal for the quality. Shipping was reasonable. I probably wouldn't have splurged at full price, but on sale, it was worth it.

Excellent quality, great support

I ordered a Pointer Instrument Classic and a luxury desk mat during a holiday sale. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, no fuss. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in California, which was pretty good coming from London. When it arrived, the packaging was really well done, very secure. I had a small question about cleaning the leather mouse, so I used their online chat support. The representative was knowledgeable and helpful, sending me a link to their care guide right away. The mouse itself feels fantastic, the leather is soft but durable, and it works flawlessly on my Mac. The desk mat lays perfectly flat and has really upgraded my workspace. Definitely worth the investment.

Decent value on desk mat

I was looking for a new luxury desk mat and saw Lunar Artefacts. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which was nice. The mat is good quality and much better than my old one. I do wish they had more sales, but the initial discount made it worth trying out.

My new favorite mouse!

Got the Pointer Instrument Classic and I absolutely love it! It feels so good in my hand, way better than any other mouse I've used. The leather is beautiful. I'm already eyeing a wireless charging pad next. This is such a cool brand, and I will for sure be shopping here again. My friends have already asked where I got it!

Nice mouse, comfy to use

Got the Pointer Instrument Signature because my old mouse was giving me wrist pain. This one is really comfortable, the leather feels good under my hand all day. It connected easily, and I haven't had any issues. Took about a week and a half to arrive after I ordered it, which wasn't too bad coming from London.

Are these mice actually comfortable to use all day? They look super fancy but I'm worried about ergonomics. I usually use a Logitech MX Master.

A Alex White 2 weeks ago
I switched from an MX Master too! It's different for sure, more of a 'palm grip' if that makes sense? Took a couple days to get used to, but now I find it really comfy. Plus, the leather feels way better than plastic.

Yeah, my hand size is pretty average and it feels good. Not as sculpted as some ergonomic mice, but the leather gives it a nice feel. I think it's more about the 'luxury' ergonomic feel than an aggressive ergonomic shape like some others.

Thinking about getting a desk mat and maybe a mouse. Do they ever have sales? Like, Black Friday or something, or is it mostly just full price stuff?

B Brandon Flores 1 month ago
They totally do Black Friday sales! I snagged my Pointer Instrument Classic last year then. Also, if you sign up for their emails, you usually get a first order discount code.

B Brian 1 month ago
They do bundles sometimes, which is cool for getting a set. I wouldn't expect huge percentage off sales all the time, but the bundles are a decent deal if you're buying a few things at once.

Quick question about discounts – are there ever any sales on individual items, or is it mostly bundle deals? Saw a 10% off for signing up, but hoping for more.

H Hannah Campbell 2 weeks ago
They do have holiday sales sometimes, like Black Friday, but typically the biggest savings I've seen are on those curated sets. And yeah, that newsletter sign-up is usually the standard for individual stuff.

I got a small discount on Father's Day once, like 15% off. But they don't do massive clearance sales, more like specific promotions. Bundles are definitely where you save the most usually.

do these mice work well with macs? or are they more pc focused?

H Hannah Johnson 1 month ago
Yep, totally fine with Mac. I'm using my Pointer Instrument with my MacBook Pro right now, no issues at all. Just plug and play basically.

B Brandon Allen 1 month ago
Can confirm, I switch between my work PC and home Mac with mine. Works perfectly on both. Doesn't favor one OS over the other.

Hey, I'm looking at getting one of the Pointer Instruments, but I'm in NYC. How long does shipping usually take from London? And like, is it reliable?

D Donna T. 2 weeks ago
Mine got to me in California in about a week and a half, maybe 10 days? It was pretty quick for international stuff. Came well packed too.

A Alex Flores 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I'm on the East Coast too, got my wireless charger in less than 2 weeks. They use good couriers, so tracking worked fine. Definitely legit.

Thinking of splurging on a Pointer Instrument, but is it really worth it over something like a Logitech MX Master? What's the real difference?

L Lisa Ramirez 3 weeks ago
Totally different vibe. Logitech is pure tech, lots of buttons. The Lunar Artefacts mouse is more about the feel and design, that leather is just something else. Less features, more luxury. Depends what you're after.
4
J Jason Smith 3 weeks ago
For sure, Lunar Artefacts is all about the craftsmanship and materials. It's not trying to compete on sensor tech or button count with Logitech, it's a desk statement. More like a piece of art that functions as a mouse. If you appreciate that, it's worth it.

Hey, anyone know how long shipping usually takes to, say, NYC? Really eyeing one of their leather mice.

L Linda Sanchez 4 weeks ago
From London to the US? I think mine took about a week and a half, maybe two weeks tops for my Pointer Instrument. It wasn't crazy fast but totally reasonable for international.

J James Thompson 4 weeks ago
Yeah, I got a charging pad delivered to California. It was pretty quick, like 8-10 days, if I remember right. They ship out of London so keep that in mind.

What's the deal with returns? If I don't love the desk mat, is it a pain to send back?

T Thomas Torres 1 month ago
I returned a charging pad once, it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure it's in good condition and all the original packaging. They were cool about it.

L Linda W. 1 month ago
Nah, returns are easy enough. Just checked their site before buying my screwdriver set, you usually have a couple weeks to send stuff back, just like most places. No drama.
